It’s FREE COMIC BOOK DAY Tomorrow!

The most magical day of the year is finally upon us.  At most fine comic book retailers tomorrow, you can get piles of free comic books from all of the major publishers!  There’s a look at Marvel’s new event Inifinity by Jonathan Hickman and Jim Cheung, a Superman reprint that I think has a preview of Scott Snyder and Jim Lee’s new Superman Unchained, and books about Star Wars, the Simpsons, Spongebob Squarepants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Walking Dead, Archie, Tinker Bell, Prince Valiant, Judge Dredd, Sonic the Hedgehog, Mouse Guard, and SO many more!  It’s super great, and all FREE.

If you head on over to the Free Comic Book Day website you can find a store near you, and you can also watch this instructional video if the concept has you confounded:

Also, while you’re enjoying all of the free comics, be sure to take a look around the shop and maybe buy a few comics too.  Comic shops put on Free Comic Book Day out of their own pockets, and it’s always good to support them with some purchasing if you can.  We wouldn’t be able to enjoy all the free comics if they weren’t there.

So HAPPY FREE COMIC BOOK DAY!!  Take your friends, get lots, and have fun.
